- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date of payment confirmation.
- Subscription orders are automatically processed based on the chosen frequency.
2. Shipping Methods & Timeframes
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (extra charge applies)
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and selected shipping method.
- Free shipping may be available for bulk or subscription orders.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
- You can track your package via the courier service’s website.
5. Lost or Delayed Shipments
- Collévo Wellness is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier services.
- If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact our support team for assistance.
6. International Shipping
- Currently, we only ship within South Africa. International shipping options will be available soon.
